Service de configuration des appareils pour la remise en op\u00e9ration d\u2019un terminal mobile apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9paration<\/b><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9paration, les terminaux mobiles (ordinateurs de poche, terminaux portables, tablettes robustes) doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9install\u00e9s afin de garantir leur bon fonctionnement et une int\u00e9gration fluide dans l\u2019environnement informatique existant. mobit veille \u00e0 ce que les appareils soient enti\u00e8rement configur\u00e9s, test\u00e9s et document\u00e9s apr\u00e8s leur remise en \u00e9tat. Ce service est effectu\u00e9 dans le centre de service de mobit et garantit que les appareils sont rapidement et efficacement remis en service apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n

Le service de configuration de mobit comprend les prestations et activit\u00e9s suivantes pour le mat\u00e9riel couvert par un contrat de service de dur\u00e9e identique :
\u2022 V\u00e9rification du mat\u00e9riel pour garantir son bon fonctionnement apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9paration
\u2022 Restauration ou nouvelle installation du syst\u00e8me d\u2019exploitation dans la version souhait\u00e9e
\u2022 Installation et configuration de toutes les applications pertinentes
\u2022 R\u00e9int\u00e9gration dans le Mobile Device Management (MDM) pour une gestion centralis\u00e9e (optionnel)
\u2022 R\u00e9alisation de tests fonctionnels approfondis pour v\u00e9rifier l\u2019\u00e9tat op\u00e9rationnel
\u2022 Identification avec le nom d\u2019origine ou un nouveau nom d\u2019appareil (selon les sp\u00e9cifications du client)
\u2022 Documentation de la configuration effectu\u00e9e pour assurer la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9<\/p>\n

Veuillez noter que ce service de mobit ne peut \u00eatre command\u00e9 qu\u2019en combinaison avec un contrat de service (extension de garantie) du fabricant pour le mat\u00e9riel concern\u00e9 (service from the start). Le traitement des r\u00e9parations est inclus dans le service de configuration des appareils.<\/p>\n
